We started with one tour on Fremont Street and we're growing fast, not just in the tours we offer but in the custom corporate experiences we’re creating for groups that want something truly memorable from their time in Vegas.

The Logistics Wizard
Cassie keeps everything running smoothly. From coordinating 80-person corporate events to making sure every reservation, transfer, and detail is locked in — she's the reason every Bite of Vegas experience goes off without a hitch.
Rio
Resident Couch Napper & Cuteness Ambassador
Rio is our official mascot and the most important member of the team. While Rio may not lead tours, his enthusiastic spirit and unmatched charm set the tone for every Bite of Vegas adventure.
